• Order & contact details you give us — your name, email, phone number, and order information (items, pickup time, and any notes).
• Messages you send us — through the contact, catering, or careers forms, including anything you include in them (a résumé, for example).
• Basic, cookieless usage data — which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked, counted in aggregate. We do not use tracking cookies or build advertising profiles.
• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor. See section 3.

2. How we use your information

• To take, prepare, and fulfill your orders and send confirmations and receipts.
• To respond to your messages and provide support.
• To send you news or offers only if you’ve opted in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To keep the site working, secure, and improve it.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Payments & your card

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are entered into a secure field hosted by Stripe and sent directly to Stripe — we never receive your full card number or security code, and we never store any card data. The only card details we handle are your card’s brand and last four digits, which Stripe shows the restaurant so a payment can be matched to your order (for example, “Visa ending 4242”). Stripe handles your card data under its own Privacy Policy.

4. How we share information

• With service providers who help us operate — for example, Stripe (payments) and our email provider (to send order confirmations and, if you opt in, campaigns). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to run the restaurant, provide support, and satisfy legal and accounting requirements — then we delete or anonymize them.

6. Your choices & rights

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
• You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights, which we honor. Contact us to make a request.

7. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views and button clicks in aggregate — no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Some essential features (such as keeping items in your cart) use your browser’s local storage on your own device.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, hosting on secured infrastructure, and a PCI-compliant payment processor — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

9. Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
