These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Oggi Ristorante Italiano (“Oggi,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or placing an online order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order online — you are always welcome to order by phone.

1. Ordering & pickup

• Online ordering is currently for pickup at 16646 Hawfield Way Dr, Charlotte, NC 28277.
• After you place an order, we send an email confirmation. We begin preparing your food once your payment is authorized.
• Estimated pickup times are approximate — food is made fresh to order.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there is a pricing error). If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it.

2. Prices, taxes & fees

• Menu prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
• Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Any service or convenience fee is shown before you pay.
• We work to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details are entered into a secure field hosted by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Your card is charged when you place the order. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge for the total shown.

4. Changes, cancellations & refunds

• Because food is prepared to order, please call (704) 716-9400 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel — we’ll do our best before preparation begins.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Food allergies & accuracy

Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from a given allergen or from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering. Menu descriptions and photos are for illustration and actual items may vary.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and order information, and pick up your order at the selected time.
• You must be legally able to make purchases in order to use online ordering.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this site — including the Oggi name, logo, text, images, and menu — belongs to Oggi Ristorante Italiano and may not be copied or used without our permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and ordering service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oggi Ristorante Italiano is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your orders. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
